Chief Cleve Carroll, CPS #1 – CEO
Chief Carroll is a U.S. Marine Corps and Army veteran, with over 10 years of combined military service and more than 25 years in law enforcement before retirement. He holds an MBA in Business Management with a concentration in IT Security Management, bringing both tactical expertise and strategic vision to the company. His leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to service and community safety.

Charles Lease, CPS#3 - Major 

With more than 30 years of management experience in customer service, Mr. Lease brings strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proven record of building reliable teams. His expertise ensures that Cadence Protective Services remains responsive, professional, and client-focused.

With decades of combined experience in military, law enforcement, and customer service leadership, our team is uniquely positioned to provide dependable, tailored security solutions that meet the evolving needs of every community we serve.

Austin Taylor is a security expert. Started his career in the U.S. Army as a scout. Then later, transitioned to contracting and executive protection. Graduated from the executive protection school at Pacific West Academy in Los Angeles, California. 

Has been in the security industry for almost 10 years, serving in a variety of roles. Some roles include an operations manager with 150+ security personnel under him. Sitting as a board member for a security company. Austin has extensive executive protection experience with well-known clients such as several congressmen and congresswomen, ceo’s, cfo’s, and deputy directors of FEMA as well as high-profile areas that include but are not limited to Alligator Alcatraz.

 Austin has martial arts training in several fighting styles, which are: Muay Thai, boxing, Krav mcgraw, karate, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As well as an expert with Glock platforms and carbines. Has also held medical certifications such as First Aid and AED, and TECC certification. And has an AA degree from FSCJ in Jacksonville.
