Chief Carroll is a U.S. Marine Corps and Army veteran, with over 10 years of combined military service and more than 25 years in law enforcement before retirement. He holds an MBA in Business Management with a concentration in IT Security Management, bringing both tactical expertise and strategic vision to the company. His leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to service and community safety.

Shannon Dixon, CPS #2 - Chief Deputy  Executive Leadership

Mr. Dixon shares a similar background as a U.S. military veteran and retired law enforcement officer with over 25 years of service. His extensive field experience, combined with his commitment to excellence, makes him a trusted leader in operations and community engagement.

Charles Lease, CPS#3 - Major - Director of Customer Service & Operations
